There's no such thing as getting too much grains. It's getting too much fat & protein with grains that's the problem.
Fad diets, like Paleo and Atkins, simply try to reverse things by taking out too many carbs to not interfere with fats & protein, but then people will eventually succumb to too much fat & protein just as most here who are still sick are still eating some version of a low-carb "meat & veggies" diet that's high in fat.
