Paleo Diet Misconceptions
Some people think that any low carb diet is a Paleo diet, which can't be further from the truth. The Paleo diet is low carb, because of the foods that are excluded, not because it's deliberately low carb.
Here are the foods that are not allowed on the Paleo diet:
Dairy, Grains, Refined oils/fats (except what's listed below), Processed Foods, Fatty Meats, Starchy Vegetables, Legumes, Sugar or Sweeteners of any type, Added Salt, Gluten, or anything containing any of the above.
