I started getting sick on low-carb, got worse doing Paleo, then switched to high-carb/low-fat plant-based and finally started getting better.
Paleo was making me worse because it scares people away from gluten grains which just made my diet more low-carb.
More people here are finding out these low-carb and Paleo-style diets aren't working out for them. They are too high in protein & fat and too low in carbs.
