i'll give the running a try for sure, i just realized i don't really do any physical activity that moves my whole body like running

im currently ddoing a trader joes Colon Cleanse and it's so far helped me get a ton out, although i realize it's just a bandaid for the real problem

but feels so good to finally be emptying my bowels of the stored up feces
