Re: Zapper proof of efficacy

Jim Folsom was charged with shipping unapproved medical devices across state
lines. The units were found to e medical devices because they came with
a frequency list that included named conditions. That was taken as a
claim that the unit was intended to treat diseases.

This is why I do not ship products with instructions for use on humans or animals. Also, making a claim on this forum that my zappers killed parasitic worms would imply that what I sell is a medical device, simply because parasitic worms must live inside of either a human or an animal.

Parasitic bacteria, however, are not always parasitic, for example, Lactobacillus acidophilus which often lives in the human body, can also grow in a water based environment such as milk.

Killing microbes in water is not a medical practice.

I do and will state that zappers should be studies for medical use and do present examples where this can be of benefit, but I do not claim that it is a device for medical use.

Big difference. And all of your attacks to force me to make some incriminating remark are not going to work.

>- clearly show your true intent

My intent is to make the best zappers available to anyone who is interested in trying them for whatever purpose, while avoiding making any significant statement that might be incriminating.

Whatever you read into it, is just your opinion, nothing more.
