Re: Coffee Enema and weakness...electrolyte imbalance?

Kelp is an excellent source of minerals in natural balanced ratios. It may help if you are feeling really depleted. Dr. Lawrence Wilson has an excellent article on kelp. Please makesure the kelp you get Iis from nonradiated waters. Oregon Wild Harvest is a great brand. Kelp is also a chelator so will help you with detox.II've been doing regular coffee enemas and saunas, and when I started taking kelp it helped me much more than electrolyte powders, gels, and mineral drops. Apparently those all have minerals, just in the wrong ratios. Detox is not easy. Fatigue is to be expected. But kelp can help. Just start taking it very gradually. Because it's also a chelator it can cause more fatigue if you take too much too fast.
