Re: Coffee Enema and weakness...electrolyte imbalance?

from here:  http://www.peak-health-now.com/coffee-enema-dangers.html

And be SURE to read this: http://www.peak-health-now.com/coffee-cleanse-portal-vein.html

(I do not necessarily agree with all the comments regarding other issues on this site, nor the use of "coffee suppositories", as the information addresses coffee enemas, the information looks great!)

Are reported hazards of depleting electrolyte minerals, killing beneficial probiotic bacteria, caffeine over stimulation and addiction valid? What hazards or side effects should you be concerned about if you are considering this therapy? * Always consult your doctor; this information is for educational purposes only.*

Coffee Enema Dangers: Electrolyte Depletion?

Electrolyte minerals are calcium, magnesium, potassium and salt. Along with other nutrients, they are absorbed in the ascending and transverse colon.

Electrolytes are absorbed from the feces in the ascending and transverse colon, BEFORE the solid matter moves into the last part of the large intestine.

Little if any mineral absorption takes place in the descending colon.

Here is a beautiful illustration of the anatomical details (new window opens). Just move windows side by side. As I explain, you can follow along and see exactly what I am describing.

The ascending colon is the first part of the large intestine from the ilioceceal valve of the end of the small intestine to the hepatic flexure (on the right side of the body under the liver). The hepatic flexure is where the ascending colon turns to horizontally cross your body under the ribcage. This horizontal part of the colon is called the transverse colon.

The transverse part of the colon then sharply turns down toward the rectal area. The turn is called the 'splenic flexure' because it is right under where your spleen is located. After the turn, is the descending colon.

The descending colon leads to the sigmoid colon, at the end of which is the rectum. The liquid of an enema enters the sigmoid colon and almost never goes beyond the splenic flexure into the transverse colon.

Electrolyte mineral absorption is not compromised by proper use of coffee enemas because minerals are absorbed ABOVE the descending colon where the enema is retained.

Celery juice is a great source of 'mineral salts' and electrolytes :)    BUT, it's virtually impossible to delete your electrolytes with one b-t-b CE.

I once had a few years with 'nagging breast pain' - sometimes it hurt so badly I'd grasp my breast.  I don't know what it was, nor was I ever able to determine a consistent 'trigger', but it's resolved itself completely (it seemed to be related to the hormonal/period cycle, but I can't remember 'where in the cycle' it was most prevalent).

I'm hoping/assuming you've done (and are continuing to do) the thorough self-breast exam that I suggested when you first mentioned this...and have found no abnormality.  While the CE is retained, the blood passing through the liver is cleansed of free radicals & other toxins - I can't see why 'cleansed blood' should trigger pain/ache - but perhaps it's healing something or 'setting something to rights' (?) It's certainly NOT hurting anything!

Suggestions (?) -  Nightly castor oil packs, for sure - and hot/cold contrast therapy 3x daily - getting this area "uncongested" and a strong flow of blood will be very beneficial.  (If you don't want to stop using the castor oil pack over your liver nightly, just make it bigger so that it covers your breast as well - if it's not on the same side as your liver, just adjust the castor oil cloth diagonally).

Healthiest of blessings -
