Re: NB results Poll: How did NB work for you?
As I tell my close friends, I have good days and bad ones. I just don't know when the good ones will come!! So I live a strange life, in one sense. When I feel well, as I said in my longer post, I get a lot accomplished.
I think a lot was wrong with me for a very long time so healing is certainly taking a long time. God has taught me perseverance in other areas of life, and this is just one more opportunity to keep learning it!
I follow Dr. Wilson's admonition about gentle exercise. Walking and swimming are my choices. Again, I don't do either as often as I would like but do appreciate them immensely when I'm able to.
Feo seems to function very well. His journey can bring you more encouragement than mine!!
Drs. Eck and Wilson both emphasized that "unwellness" develops in layers, and healing also comes in layers. That rings true for those who stay with NB. It isn't a quick fix, by any means. But there isn't one out there for longstanding health issues.
