In the meantime, I suggest you listen to an excellent audio with Pam Kileen on the 5 prongs of NB. Google her name and click on the articles on her site. It's a long recording, but you will get a good overview of what's required to get well using NB. She also emphasizes that people will feel worse before they feel better due to the stirring up and releasing of metals. That is definitely the case!
