It's interesting, I have done so many enemas over this past year--probably a hundred total--and every time the same thing happened: an hour or so after the enema I would expel two or three candida cotton balls.
No matter how many or how much herbal antifungals I took, the candida just kept growing. And I took a lot (see list below).
It wasn't until I started with the nystatin that the candida cotton balls finally stopped coming out after the enemas. So in my case I believe that nystatin was the only thing that effectively prevented the fungus from growing.
