I also have started taking high dose nystatin together with nystatin enemas (1/2 tsp in 2 cups water) this week. The thrush on my tongue is finally decreasing and for the first time in a year I feel as though I am returning to being alive (as opposed to walking dead). This is after I tried everything--EVERYTHING--else including a strict candida diet for almost six months now.

The problem was that I couldn't get my hands on large amounts of nystatin before, but I finally found a source for real nystatin powder.
