The Easier Way to Juice Fast
Reduces cleansing reactions and hunger.

All Liver Flushing methods are similar.

It is always olive oil + citrus juice

Variations are on using differnt oil, or different source of fat + using a different juice.

This one is just a simplified version of the Liver Flush published in the book "One Answer To Cancer" by William Donald Kelley, also almost identical to Hulda Clark flush, also similar to Andreas Moritz .
