Magnesium will work, regardless of what it is mixed with.

If you choose to mix it with some juice, sure it will taste much better.

For some poeple, they may need to use more magnesium if they use juice, to pass bowel tolerance and cause diarrhea.

Magnesium have 2 vital functions:

- promote production and discharge of bile from the liver and gallbaldder

- cuase diarhhea, to insure the bile dumped is flushed out of the system fast, so it is not re-absorbed.



Flushed bile may carry toxins, that is why you want to prevent re-absorbtion.

Even 4 tbsp of magnesium sulfate or chloride is enough to cause diarrhea in 99% of people.

1% may need more.
