Re: Potassium chloride plus Magnesium chloride. Wow!

I take 3-5 grams of potassium chloride daily, have for a few months.
I have had great effect of it, better sleep, more energy; I managed to pick up excercising after months off.
Only problem I can see with taking large amounts of potassium is if one are on a very low sodium diet.
Taking both deliberately is what I do.

Magnesium chloride; yes the uptake seem to be faster and better than other types of magnesium.

This is a good potassium-magnesium info; "Magnesium tends to be correlated with potassium intake. Potassium can be impossible to absorb during a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium status can not be determined from blood serum. The red blood cells is a reliable indicator. When magnesium is deficient the 300 or so enzymes depending on magnesium fail to operate adequately, including those responsible for its own absorption. Total body magnesium does not predict its deficiency, but blood serum must be low for that. If blood magnesium is 25% low, the enzymes depending on magnesium fail to operate adequately, including those responsible for its own absorption."
