Help figure out ZRTlab saliva test results Adrenal Fatigue.
Hi,
There is definitely a physiological impact from chronic stress. PTSD is not just psychological.
Chronic stress damages the body is so many ways. Your immune system stops, detoxification stops, even menstrual cycles stop for a lot of women.
Do you have a exaggerated startle response? i.e. are you jumpy? If you do, that means you sympathetic nervous system is dominant.
Meditation, Yoga and "slow breathing" are very helpful. Very helpful. It can take a few months to notice.
But you need to meditate twice per day for about 20 minutes. And also learn to watch yourself at all times to you catch yourself rushing around, getting angry, answering the phone too fast, etc.
Try doing everything is slow motion. Fold the clothes and wash your hair in Tai Chi style. It gradually trains your nervous system to calm down.
Do you have the classic afternoon "energy crash". This is another classic symptom of adrenal fatigue.
You mentioned coffee enemas. It can take a long time to get ride of toxins that accumulate during chronic stress.
I started focusing on detox about 2.5 years ago. I have been using hair analysis and the Nutritional Balancing program.
The link below is a trend I posted about 6 months ago. It shows my copper levels trending up as my body started to eliminate it from storage, into circulation and out with bile.

My last copper reading was even higher.
Mercury, aluminum, arsenic, lead are also trending up over the last 2.5 years. I have been doing coffee enemas for about 2 years.
If you look at a few other user names, Hope4myadrenal, Onwards, Marie64 (all women), they are doing pretty well on the Nutritional Balancing program.
Here is Onwards profile. http://curezone.com/m/profile.asp?un=Onwards
I've "known" hope4myadrenals for a few years on this forum and nothing helped her.
It is a slow program .. and the detox usually makes people worse for a while. I thought I was going to die when I started copper detox 2.5 years. Just taking simple zinc was brutal (since it mobilzes copper).
A good book to learn the basics of copper toxicity is "Why am I so tired"

Another former user "Laredo" introduced us to copper and the connection to stress and adrenal fatigue.
If you read the book ... don't follow her protocol. It is not as good as Nutritional Balancing.
By the way. You mentioned low back pain. This is a symptom of adrenal insufficiency. Adrenal Fatigue is really sub-clinical adrenal insufficiency.
Good luck.
