Yea for you!! The stones are first formed in your liver, so that is where the stones are coming from.

You should flush every 2-3 weeks to allow new stones to move forward. My first series of flushes would show different flushes every time I flushed. The 3rd-4th flushes produced the darkest (the oldest) stones.
You can do enemas if you want. I have done coffee and even added Clarkia to my enemas when I flushed. I also do them when I do parasite cleanses. Tweet
