Thanks! Yeah, I think my body has been so stressed for so many years, that the flush just started to give me immediate results. Also, considering that I water fasted for 11 days a couple weeks beforehand, I think that lent to the immediate relief as well (since it may have possibly produced even more stones from not eating for so long).

Although I will say this-- last night my kidneys felt horrible. I didn't do a kidney flush beforehand (and I have had kidney stones in the past, one that had to be taken out via lithotripsy), so I knew I might be in trouble in that sense. But I couldn't get the ingredients for the tea and just figured it would be best to try the live flush first. They still ache this morning, but I've also read it may be due to the Epsom Salts .

Anyway, thanks for the reply and I hope you can get that gallstone out eventually. Which method have you been doing to try to soften/dissolve the stone? Tweet
