I also wanted to add that I have been having horrible psoriasis in my ears and on my eyelids for months now (meaning, in the winter months, my ears are like that off and on-- and my eyelids, too... but usually in the spring/summer they clear up... but they haven't been this time!)... like, so bad that it would peel and bleed and crack, even if I put some lotion on to calm it. I would constantly be picking off dead skin and itching. But ever since last night when I started the oil + grapefruit juice flush? OMG. My ears and eyelids are practically "normal" again. Little-to-no dead skin on them. I mean, I still have psoriasis patches all over my body, but it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be. Even my scalp-- which is the worst-- has calmed down. I'm quite amazed. I will definitely be doing this flush every two weeks until I don't see any more stones pass. This flush has been amazing.
I must admit, however, that I was skeptical and thinking that the green stones were probably just olive oil or feces residue. Like many other people out there, I had my doubts. But it just can't be anything other than stones. Nope. Not with the instant results I am seeing in my eyes (they are much brighter, and even my friend just pointed it out), my skin looks better and not as blotchy, and, of course, the improvement in my psoriasis. I know it may not last long from other peoples' stories I've read, but I don't care because I'm sticking to these flushes until the results are permanent. Also, I can feel the achiness in my liver and where my gallbladder used to be. I get pains every now and then (in the bile ducts, I guess, due to stones?) there and it will hurt/spasm quite bad, usually after something I eat that doesn't agree with me. I am feeling a lighter pang like that now... kinda like there are more stones waiting to come out in due time.
Also, I just wanted to add that I did an 11 day water fast a couple of weeks before this, and I didn't get any results (besides weight loss) nearly as good as this. If anything, I think the fast made things worse, which is why I did the liver flush. I'm so glad my friend recommended me to do this and I did it. I was close to not doing it last night because I started reading posts by people who claim the flush is a hoax, but I'm so glad I went through with it.
