I haven't had any vitamins checked but I've been taking b complex vitamin for 4 months now. I eat salmon everyday, eat wheat germ with folic acid and take whey protein. I eat 1 or 2 avocados everyday with cranberry juice and take probiotics and eat Greek yogurt. I don't eat or drink dairy. I drink 1 or 2 cups of green tea with ginger and run for 20-30 mins and then lift.
I have perioral dermatitis I believe from the cortisone cream and of course peeling lips for 9 months. Help!
