About your wife... I really think that if you take care of yourself, stop being depressed and stop being so needy and desperate, she will fall back in love with you.
The problem is that you are currently not being the man she married. Women need a man. I know it's not the nicest thing to say but a broken depressed guy can not qualify as a man...
I'm sure that when you solve your problems with yourself, the problems with your wife will just automatically disappear. She has to see the man she fell in love with in you!

Now about the Depression part... It happened to me when i tried to work from home. It was hard, boring, sad.... I was so deeply depressed and couldn't handle it. I started taking natural drugs which did nothing. Then i took cipralex and wellbutrin for a year and it made me physically ill. At some point i cane across a weird looking product. I got a few recommendations so decided to try and it helped me a lot!
A year since and i'm a new person! With no medications at all.
