Quest labs have a parasitology testing. They are usually headed by renowned experts in parasitology.

Go to ER and then complain about loose stools. Mention that you went to the lake for a swim a few months ago. You can probably ask for a parasite test on a stool sample. If the pictures are indeed parasites, you will get a specific id of the organism(s) and then you can go from there.

Have you tried a parasite cleanse with Wormwood , Black-Walnut , and cloves like Dr Clark mentioned?
