I would get checked for lupas. Even with no insurance an er has to treat you. There are also some free medical clinics that maybe you can find. The flukes can affect your immune system but I would address the positive ana. Don't mention the parasites to the doctors just the other symptoms and the past positive ana. Just keep cleansing. The die off is probably making you feel worse on top of what you have.
