I interpret this as - if you effectively take more Iodine than the other halogens, specifically the HIGHEST of the toxic halogens (that way you have levels greater than a 1:1 ratio of them ALL) and it will displace all chlorine, fluoride and bromine.

Does this mean you can eliminate all of the 'other halogens' contained in cell receptors by ONE dose of iodine? with this cause an avalanche of halogens tumbling out of all your cells? Because that would mean displacing all elements with lower atomic weight..
