i really dont recall. i wasnt making it right - ie i was letting it go long enough to make yellow CS which is large particle and can cause a person to turn blue (which is not permanent, btw). i thought i saw a hint of blue in my hand some time after i got rid of the candida. it went away after a while.

if you make clear CS at home with about 10-30 PPM you can drink that like water if need be. maybe the high PPM is what did it for me, i dont know. once i started getting traction i just poured the coals to it and didnt look back.
