500mg of DMSA and 100 mg ALA on Mon, Wed and Fri. However, I usually take 300 - 400 DMSA b/c I'm pretty small/thin.
I also had 2 Amalgams removed last week and had no trouble. Just took charcoal before, vit c after and then continued my protocol.
