I've been reading a book about meditation for a little while now, it seems like it's the perfect technique for my situation.
Every-time I take public transport/am in a crowded space I take loads of deep breaths and I never freak out, but in the end I always can't wait to leave and only feel TRULY relaxed when I'm off the transport.
Recently I've been thinking that getting prescribed Xanax or Valium will be the only way for me to live care free like I did a year ago but I'm scared of addiction, I don't wanna overdose...
So you took it 3 times and after that, never felt an urge to pop some more?
