That's awesome! There was a man on this forum who was similarly cured with kegels and hemorrhoid cream after one month. I've been discovering the same thing about my smell- my anus seems to have lost its tight seal and itches frequently. I've started kegels 3 weeks ago, along with keeping the area dry with baby powder, and have noticed some improvement with the smell. However, I'm not sure I'm doing the exercises quite right. I have some questions:
1) What exactly was your kegel routine? How often would you do them in a day?
2) How long did you do kegels before the anus issues resolved? How long did you continue doing them after? Do you still do kegels?
3) By eliminating dairy, did you also eliminate butter and yogurt? What about hidden dairy in baked goods or other processed food?
