Hey read the story, relate a lot to it (had FBO in university at 18)

I've been cured for about 10 months now and I just wanna know how you dealt with the post-cure paranoia/anxiety?

I get really anxious in crowded spaces now and haven't been to any big gatherings and things like that.
Just wanna know how you got over the paranoia
