The powder does taste green, and it's gritty used as tea unless you put it in a tea bag. I bought some empty fillable ones on ebay.

I eat instant soups a lot, and the powder dissolves easily in there and tastes great.

Often I eat tomatoes in low fat cottage cheese. I tried the powder in that mix today, and although it looks unappetizing, it sure tasted good!
