Hello. Can you please tell me how you know that hydrocortisone makes candida worse? I am currently taking 8.75 mg of HC. I eliminated probably over 90 % of my candida and now it seems to be resistant. I attributed this to biofilms, and I am on a biofilm protocol for it.

I had a severe case of AF. I couldn't leave my bed without feeling like fainting. I tried Dr. Lam's protocol and every natural supplement but 20 mg HC was the only thing that held me together at least 10 percent for me to be able to atleast walk again. I weaned off for about 3 and a half months. While being on 3.75 mg I crashed big time! So I went up to 8.75.

Do you suppose the HC might be contributing to the candida resistance? Please tell me where you got the information that HC makes candida worse.

I'm trying to figure out how to replace the HC support right now, because of the fear that the HC is feeding the candida as well. I just don't know what else will keep me together as I get rid of the last bits of fungus from my body. Nothing else seems to work but HC :(
