Have you looked at using Adrenal Cortex Extract drops (ACE)? They are paramount in the healing protocol at the Clymer Healing Centre, and also in Dr Wilsons book..

Although they do not have the same instant 'hit' as Isocort does (beng that Isocort is pretty much 2.5mg of Hydrocortisone hence why it was banned by the FDA) but it does have similar effects, and over time those effects build up, while also providing support and materials for the body to heal, which Isocort or HC does not. I have used both and much prefer the ACE, although the Isocrt was a great asset for tough days.

Isocort never had dissected thyroid in it mind.

Thorne also do Adrenal Cortex soft gels, but both Wilson and Dr Poesnicker who wrote Chronic Fatigue Unmasked believe the drops are essential for a severe case of AF and the gels can be added later once stable.

and remember, dont treat the thyroid before treating the adrenals! Once you body becomes stronger with the adrenal support, it will naturally begin to detox and will help that candida fight. Dr Poenicker writes about this, so does Dr Lam, Dr Wilson etc, could be worth a read for you
