I've been trying to tell these people to get off the fat and get on the carbs ever since this guy Anthony was one of the first people here along with saywhatagain who started telling people this.
I always found it weird that a lot of these people who would go on some kind of juice fast would tough out many days of what they thought must be "detox", but when introducing more carbs back in their diet, they quickly back off of it at the first sign the carbs may be causing some negative reaction.
But it's not their fault really. We all were brainwashed by the low-carb "Carbs are evil!" gurus.
Get off the excess fat & get on the carbs!
