Re: Trying to figure out what is happening!!!
I agree. Blown out of proportion. Recommending the OP work with his doctor who had identified problems through lab testing should not be regarded as trolling.
Unfortunately for now, all we have are the studies. I can say from my experience that it was not the carbs that caused me problems...although at the time I thought it was the cause, but this is a misconception. A correlation between two elements does not mean one causes the other, otherwise known as the causal fallacy. The other garbage and fat I was consuming was the problem.
I did 0 healing until I introduced a healthy dose of carbs to the equation.
I still don't agree that carbs need to be introduced at the "right time". Carbs should have never been removed. But this is simple to understand for me. Your body needs them to operate EFFICIENTLY. Anyone with poor health will already have a tough time converting other things to glucose as it is already under great duress. Although, carbs may not be the only mechanism needed to heal.
Wired's insomnia, much like his hypoglycemia, and insulin resistance all stem from low carbing. I don't know his entire history, there may definitely be some other factors involved as well. But these are things that have been studied already. This is what low carbing does.
