Im on the road to recovery and have been for some time. I exhibit brain fog every now and again after eating and thats it. I can run, lift weights, sleep well, hell I even had a glass of wine the other night and felt great. Im not bragging, ive been at this for years. What has given me the greatest amount of improvement has been carbs. Fruit carbs and resistant starch as well as kombucha. You dont have to only eat fruit, I dont really eat much of it now anymore, but it helped me get over the hill and on to recovery. Ill be symptom free soon and the greatest gift of all is for me to share with others how to get better, which starts with seeing a doctor and eliminating recognized illnesses like most everyone else here did.
To villify doctors and persuade someone to NOT seek medical advice upon illness is blatant disregard for that persons life and well being. If and only if they dont receive help should they then seek alternatives, but they should still utilize naturopaths or healers of some sort. Noone should travel that path alone. That, I speak of comes from experience.
