crying... crying, please post to me your advise

I've started taking parastroy to kill giradia lamblia which I have been suffering from the last two years, at day , I had headeche then the headache left, I suffered very bad cold in second week and I've been suffering from this nasty cold for the last six days, sneezing, throat paid, fever, voice change, and all symptoms of the flue is what I’m suffering from, so kindly advise, having checked some threads in this forum, they are saying this flue symptoms is a good sign of elimination of the parasites as the die off of parasites started and the parasites when they die, they release virus which is causing this flue, so kindly confirm this claim.
