How to natuarally increas serotonin?

Every day!


Walking, running, working in fresh air, at least 1-2 hours every days, and there is no more depression.

Sleeping!


Try to sleep at 10PM latest.

Try to wake up early!




Also, eliminating things from diet like:

- sugar, corn syrup, dextrose, any concentrated sweetener
- alcohol
- wine vinegar
- coffee
- tea
- MSG
- Margarine
- refined salt (table salt should be replcaed with unrefined)

Good natural sorces of natural sugar: fresh fruit & vegetabl


Any drinks like soda, coffeee, tea should be replace with
clean water (water filter may help )


But, at least 1-2 hours every day breathing fresh air while walking, running or biking or swimming or working in a field is the best cure for depression.

Taking magnesium bath ( add magnesium chloride or magnesium sulfate to bath water ) also helps!.
