Walking, running, working in fresh air, at least 1-2 hours every days, and there is no more depression.
Sleeping!
Try to sleep at 10PM latest.
Try to wake up early!
Also, eliminating things from diet like:
- sugar, corn syrup, dextrose, any concentrated sweetener
- alcohol
- wine vinegar
- coffee
- tea
- MSG
- Margarine
- refined salt (table salt should be replcaed with unrefined)
