Its so sad, I have peeling lips in my dreams. And also anxiety disorder in my dreams.

One gets to live with this on your own way, meaning you need to find things to think about and do when you are in a spot were you have anxiety.

Only the person can find these things inside your self, I have some things I do that helps.

Its not easy, but I still go out every day, and good luck to the people living with this burden on the mind every day.
