I've been slowly adding/tweaking things for 2.5 years now :) But yea, after adding the Iodine it felt like the missing piece and I was doing great for the first week or two.

I bought potassium ascorbate(I think based on one of your posts) and I have Potassium Gluconate as well. I had been doing 1/2 tsp of the ascorbate 2-4 times per day and then just adding the gluconate to my drinking water. I didn't think to try only taking them with meals... I could try that and see if it helps.
