I know about that, and that would be my first step of course :).
But then again, another step would be paint in somewhere on the face where it would not be visible, to see how my skin reacts over there as well. Skin elsewhere on the body may react in different way than on face. And only then, once I would see that nothing bad happened, I would paint my scar.
