Re: To Tena Cious and Faith 110 re Nutritional Balancing

Hi again, Faith:
One other question I have for you, about
not enough ADH (anti-diuretic hormone). How did you get tested for that? I think that may my problem too. Are your symptoms frequent urination, fatigue, having to get up at night to pee numerous times, not being able to sleep all in one piece, on account of nighttime urination? This particular issue has plagued me since my mid-thirties. It was only once nightly then, but now that I'm older it's around 3x per night. I also was told I had high aldosterone on my hair analysis report, and my reactio was similar--it was "huh??
how did that happen?" I thought that high aldosterone led to salt retention. I wondered how could I be retaining salt if I am urinating sodium out all the livelong day and night.

Thanks again!
