Keep your skin dry but not too dry, as humidity is very important to eczema sufferer. some even use a humidifier if its too dry and hot. Put oil before you take a bath then after moisturize immediately by putting creams and lotions(aveeno is ok) About the vinegar you were saying? does it have to be pure vinegar or diluted in water?
