For a cheap useful alternative I suggest warm water with everyday salt mixed in. You can also try this: Blend coconut oil, grape seed oil, vegetable glycerin and aloe Vera gel. Apply atleast twice in a day.
Start JUICING! Especially cucumber, parsley, spinach, & watercress (Those 4 veggies were recommended for eczema).
Get a humidifier, moisten the air. I have heard 35 to 60% for dry skin... Something to look into.
