Nascent Iodine and Dosing Iadoral - Two topics in one.

Hi,
I've got two questions...

1) I just bought a bottle of Nascent Iodine, and realized I should check with folks here to see if anyone has used this. I am using the standard tablets right now, but wanted to give something to my husband without him going through massive detox like I went through.

2) I had to slow down my Iodine dose because of a stressful exam coming up, and I'm now just taking one Iodoral pill and I have no side effects, but I still feel better than I did. When I first started Iodine supplement, I took two large doses, then cut back during detox. Now...I don't have any detox symptoms anymore...so I'm wondering if I should go up to two pills. The first high dose, did a lot of things and probably eliminated a huge bulk of my fibroids.

Thoughts on question one and two?
