My conclusion that "AF" is really the prolonged affects of under-eating basically stems from that fact that with "AF", people's adrenals are supposedly too fatigued to produce the levels of hormones needed, yet most people here that think or been told they have "AF" actually have higher levels of cortisol, just like what can happen with prolonged under-eating, and most importantly, everyone with "AF" here as far as I can tell has some kind of history of under-eating, whether from yo-yo dieting, over-exercising, ED's, or being too busy to eat properly.
If you guys want to further discuss whether "AF" exists or not, we should do it on a separate thread since this is saywhatagain's thread about Dr. Wilson's diet advice, which I agree is terrible (the diet, not this thread!). I think Wilson's supplement protocol is terrible too.
