Re: Dr. Wilsons Terrible Diet Advice

I don't remember the exact timeline from the time that I stopped my starvation-like eating habits until the time I got malaria. I would estimate it at sometime around 1 1/2 years to 2 years of proper healthy eating before I got malaria. Generally, throughout my life, my health has never been amazing and I believe I have generally suffered from somewhat low-immunity and low digestive capacity. But the year or so until I had malaria was the healthiest I have ever felt throughout my whole life, although obviously I was not as healthy as I needed to be or my body would have been able to fight off the malaria on it's own. I don't count my daily calories but I eat as much as my body possibly allows me every day. I would estimate my current calorie consumption at around 2000-2500 per day. I know you are going to say that this seems low but given the fact that I only weigh 130 (have been around this weight most of my life) pounds and currently still have very little physical activity (although it is starting to increase a bit as my energy is starting to return). Once I can become more physically active, I will also increase the amount I eat every day.
