Dr. Wilson is one of the founding fathers of so-called "Adrenal Fatigue" which I showed with plenty of research and evidence that the condition doesn't exist (just ask the real medical community) and is just a misdiagnosis of the effects of prolonged under-eating (that's why so many more women get diagnosed with "AF" than men).
He also promoting the classic "meat & veggies" low-carb diet that hardly anyone is getting well on and is it just a coincidence that the two biggest problems I observed with people's diets at this forum is under-eating & low-carb?!
His system of supplements and diet makes everything so complicated for people, I'm starting to wonder if that's the point.
