Re: Single Christian with possible herpes infection: Will God heal

I think everyone on here had excellent comments. I would just like to add from my experience. I love what the one person wrote couple comments ago about "When I did finally begin to come to terms with this condition, I believe it not only slowed me down in my pre-Christian life, but it ultimately helped lead me to God."

That was an awesome statement because I believe that God makes the worst of things work out for the good. I noticed a trend with my experience with out breaks. I noticed when I deliberately sinned (ie: fornication, alcohol consumption, smoke etc) I get outbreaks. And when I am faithful in my walk with God, I notice my outbreaks are less and tolerable. God please forgive me if im wrong, but I believe that this is a significant pattern and God is trying to speak to us individually through life situations and circumstances.

I pray everyday for God to heal me. But the key is to wait patiently, because the healing may not come on our time, but it will come on time. Faith can move mountains, and as long as we have faith that Lord God will remove this disease from us, as long as I believe, there is no one in this world that can tell me I wont be healed, in Jesus name.

I also always think about Job (from the bible). Job was a righteous man of God that had it all. Then one day he lost it all. He even had sores throughout his body. Because he kept his faith and continued to obey God, he was eventually healed, and blessed double what he had in the beginning.

Just keep the faith. I know its hard sometimes, but it is worth it at the end.God wants us to rely on him. We are all in this together, I love you all, and I pray we beat this unclean thing that's in our bodies, in Jesus name, amen. Tweet
