If you get some DMSO, it is available in a gel form which might work best. Mine has Aloe vera in it.

Remember what I said about cleaning and sterilizing the skin but be aware that anything left on the skin can go into the skin so you have to be careful what you use! I sterilized with some drinking water sterilizing tablets and then used some cotton wool soaked in it.

Try some on your body first until you know how you react to it before using on your face.
