Heal Gut Dysbiosis
Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

No mention of a zapper. Not sure if it would have any effect but if this problem was being caused by a microbial infection, I would want to find out since zappers seem to get rid of warts for many.

Note, that while I sell zappers, I am posting this mostly out of curiosity because it is an issue that I have not heard commented on before.
